Body
Summary:
We have seen some instances where users are logged out of their Google Chrome accounts as soon as they fully close Google Chrome. When migrating to a new computer (PC or mac) these settings can migrate with you.
Prerequisites:
- The affected user needs to be signed into Chrome
Procedure:
- Close and relaunch Chrome
- If your chrome profile goes immediately to a "Paused" state proceed to the next step

- Ensure the browser is up to date
- Go to this link: chrome://settings/cookies ensure ‘Allow third-party cookies’ is checked

- Go to this link: chrome://settings/content/siteData and ensure ‘Allow sites to save data on your device’ is checked

- Restart the browser and test to ensure that your Google login session is preserved (for instance go to gmail.com and if we can get there without a new login window this was successful), and ensure that "paused" does not appear on your profile
