Instructions for resolving display issues (including missing fields and in-operative menus) in Banner applications by clearing the web browser cache. Banner Applications include:
- Admin Pages
- Student Profile
- Employee Dashboard
- Registration Self-Service
- Faculty Grade Entry
Clearing the cache: Google Chrome
- In Google Chrome, select Clear Browsing Data from the "Three Dots" menu at the upper left corner of the browser window.

- In the Clear Browsing Data dialogue, select the Advanced tab, scroll down and select Cached images and Files, Site Settings, and Hosted App Data.

- Click the Clear Data button.
- Completely exit the browser (close all windows).
You may now restart your browser and return to the Banner application.
