Setting Business Hours / Active Calling Hours

  1. Go to johncarrolluniversity.zoom.us and sign in.
  2. Once logged into your profile click on Phone on the left navigation bar.
  3. Go to the Settings sub tab.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  4. Scroll down until you see the Call Handling section.
  5. Click Edit to the right of the Business Hours field.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. Set the days and hours that you are available to receive calls, then click OK.
  7. Optionally, set the devices you would like calls to ring on (desktop app, mobile app, desk phone).

Setting Holiday Hours

In addition to standard calling hours you can also set certain days as holidays to indicate that you will be unavailable for calls. 

  1. Go to johncarrolluniversity.zoom.us and sign in.
  2. Once logged into your profile click on Phone on the left navigation bar.
  3. Go to the Settings sub-tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Holiday Hours section and click Manage.
  5. Click the Add button and enter a holiday name and time range. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  6. After adding the holiday you will be given an option of whether to forward calls to voicemail or to another number. You can also set a custom voicemail message.
