Prerequisites
- Zoom Workplace Desktop Client
- If you don't see the Zoom Client installed on your system:
- JCU Owned Device: Open Software Center (Windows) / Self Service (Mac) and install Zoom
- Non-JCU Owned Device: Download the Client from Zoom
- Computer with a Microphone or a Desk Phone

When recording a message in your Zoom settings (johncarrolluniversity.zoom.us) the audio file contains no sound.

Troubleshooting Zoom Voicemail Audio for PC
- Click Start Menu
- Click Settings
- Click System
- Click Sound
- Under Choose your input device, make sure that the device selected has a Microphone (built-in or connected to your PC; not the docking system)

- Press Command ⌘ & Spacebar, search for Sound
- Partway down the screen, click on Input tab
- Under Select a device for sound input, make sure that the device selected has a Microphone (built-in or connected to your Mac; not the docking station)
