Step 1: Updating Recovery Email/Security Questions

1. Go to this website first https://password.jcu.edu/  
2. Under the Account Settings, click the hyperlinked Settings  
   
3. Log in using your JCU username and password
   
4. Fill in your new recovery/alternate e-mail address and/or answer the following security questions. 
   
5.  Finally, click Submit
