Activating a Canva Pro Account

Through the education partnership, Canva offers a free Pro license using your JCU credentials. 

Prerequisites 

• Must be JCU faculty, staff, or students
• License is only valid for educational purposes
• Non-academic needs will require a purchased license to receive the additional features.

Activating Your Canva Pro Account

1. Visit this link.
2. Log in using your John Carroll Google Account credentials.
3. After signing in, you should see the Canva home screen.
4. Click on the icon in the very bottom left hand corner and check if you have a team named "John Carroll University."
   • If you see this, you successfully have access to JCU's Canva Pro licensure and the features it offers.
   • If you don't see this, click on this link. Open a service request form and write that you need access to Canva Pro. You will get access soon after submitting your ticket.
