Jamf Connect First Time Log In

Prerequisites 

• Using an Apple (Mac) computer owned by JCU
• You are a Faculty or Staff member
  • These instructions are not meant for use with lab computers

This Article Covers:

• If you are already logged into your computer
• If you are logged out of your computer or signing in for the first time

Jamf Connect - Already Logged into Computer

1. A JCU sign-in pop-up will present itself.

   

2. Enter your JCU email into the username field & JCU password into the password field, select Sign In.

3. Enter the password you are currently using to sign into your computer. 

   

   • This may be different than your JCU email account password.

4. Select Sync.

Jamf Connect Login Window Step by Step Guide

1. You will see a different Log In window than normal.

   

2. Enter your JCU email & select Next.

3. Enter your JCU email password & select Sign in.

   

4. Select Connect for your existing account on your Mac. 

   
   • If there are multiple accounts listed, ensure your username is selected.
   • If your account isn't listed, select create account.

5. Enter the password you are currently using to sign into your computer. 

   

   • This may be different than your JCU email account password.

6. Select Connect
