JCU utilizes Google Apps for Education for official Email (Gmail), Calendar, and Cloud Storage (Drive). Use your JCU Email Address (including @jcu.edu) and your SSO Password to log in.

Once logged in, you can access the full list of tools via the Google Applications menu in the upper right corner.
Google 2-Step Verification
For security, JCU requires 2-Step Verification for both SSO and Google sign-in. Upon your first login, you will be prompted to enroll.
Failure to enable 2-Step Verification will cause you to be locked out of your accounts. You will need to call the Service Desk (216-397-3005) to unlock your account and assist you in setting up 2-Step Verification on the account.
