How to Request Service

Support & Training
- ITS provides full support for Reach player setup, configuration, and content management. Training sessions and user guides are available to help departments design and maintain their signage.
- In order to log in, your JCU ID must be associated with a REACH digital display. To log in to JCU Digital Signage (REACH) go to https://build.reachcm.com/. Enter your JCU email address and sign in with your JCU SSO account.
- Contact REACH Media for assistance with the player, account, and usage.
