Electronic Door Access

Overview

Through the user's Carroll Card, JCU ITS and the Carroll Card office provide users with card access to a variety of rooms and buildings across campus.  

Who is eligible to use it?

All students, faculty, and staff. Visitors, vendors, and special guests can request an ID from the Carroll Card Office through the office or department they are working with.

Restrictions:

  • Requests for access or schedule changes to offices or areas belonging to an office or department must be requested by the office or department controlling the space

How do I request access?

How do I request a building schedule change?

To request a new lock schedule or to modify an existing door schedule, please see the Campus Access knowledge base articles to the right. To request a new or modified schedule for a door(s) or building(s), please fill out the form on the right.

How do I report an issue with a lock, access, or a door lock schedule change?

To report an issue with access, a lock on a door, or a schedule, please fill out the form on the right.  To report a door that can't be secured, please call JCU Campus Police at 216-397-1234.
