Overview
Software in the computer labs and classrooms are reviewed and updated each semester. ITS maintains active licensing for all software on these systems and any additional needs can be requested through the Service Desk.

Who is eligible to use it?
Faculty and Staff teaching in these spaces are able to request software that they need. Please note that if software needs to be purchased it will need to go through the purchasing process which can take time. The cost may also need to be covered by the department requesting the software.
Restrictions:
The university will follow all licensing terms put forth by the vendor/manufacturer of the software. Additionally, ITS has a deadline for software installation each semester. After this date, software cannot be installed in the computer labs. It is usually 3 weeks after the start of the semester.
