- Access to approved components of Banner
You'll be able to view the different options that the student has granted you proxy access to view please note that financial information might require authorized user access as well. Instructions on how to set that up can be found here.
Parent Access to Student Financial:
- Current Student Account: Enables you to see current balance and account information for the student. (Requires authorized user)
- Student Financial Aid Award: View the currently awarded financial aid to the student .
- Federal Shopping Sheet: View current federal loans accepted/ available to the student.
- Student Financial Aid Requirements: Current requirements for the student's financial aid packages.
- Student Account History: View history of balance and charges on student's account.
Parent Access to Student Records:
- View Course Schedule Detail: View the student's current course schedule.
- Student Schedule by Day and Time: View a more narrow view of the student's current schedule down to hour.
- View Mid-Term Grades: Allows you to view student's mid term grades by semester.
- View Final Grades: Allows you to view student's final grades by semester.
- View Student Transcript: Allows you to view an unofficial copy of the student's transcripts.
- View Holds on Student Account: View any holds preventing actions such as scheduling or accepting financial aid on the students accounts. (Please note the student must take care of these through their portal.)
Please note that the student account holder is able to set which of these you are able to view using proxy access so if a menu is missing you have not been granted access to view it.
