JCU Single Sign-On
John Carroll University (JCU) uses a web-based Single Sign-On (SSO) login page for many of the University’s online services. When accessing any SSO-enabled service, you will see this login screen. Login using your Campus Network ID and Password
Services that use SSO include:
- Banner
- Canvas
- University Computers
- Adobe
- Spacefinder
- Myjcu
Logging into University-Owned Computers:
Windows:
If you have been provided with a Windows-based university computer or wish to use a managed computer in a classroom or lab, you will need to log in using your Campus Network ID and Password.
Mac OS:
If you have been provided with a Mac OS-based university computer or are logging into one of the Mac Labs, you will need to log in using your full John Carroll Email and Password.
Note: For your first login, you must be connected to the JCU Internet (Eduroam or wired network at JCU) so the device can build your profile.
Remember: If you are using a computer in a classroom or public computing lab, always log out of the computer before walking away.
