Abnormal is an AI-based cloud email security platform that protects against the full spectrum of attacks and is used in conjunction with Google Workspace.
Who is eligible to use it?
Abnormal is a campus-wide tool used in conjunction with the JCU Google Workspace environment.
How do I request / access it?
Abnormal is run on the back end of our Google Workspace environment. Every time you access Gmail, you are using it.
How do I report phishing?
To report suspected phishing in Gmail, click the three vertical dots next to the reply button, and select Report phishing, or forward the message to phishing@jcu.edu.
