Microsoft Office

Overview

Microsoft Office is a suite of applications that allow you to create and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. 

The core apps, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are available for everyone on Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices. Some apps like Access and Publisher are only available on Windows computers. Others like Project and Visio require an additional license to be purchased.

Who is eligible to use it?

All current faculty, staff, and students.

Restrictions:

Office 365 is for personal computers only. Licenses are only valid while an active employee or current student.

How do I access it?

Please see the Office 365 article on the right for installing Office on a personal device.

Office is installed on all lab and employee computers by default. If a device is missing or running an older version of Office please submit a ticket.
