Overview
KnowBe4 is an IT security resource available to all faculty and staff at John Carroll University. The integrated platform for security awareness training and phishing attack simulation covers an extensive range of topics and delivers content in varying and engaging formats, such as games, short videos, modules, and even sitcom-style shows. The service frequently adds new content and notably, has built up its collection of material about working safely and securely from remote locations.

- Annual cybersecurity training course to help JCU employees recognize and avoid cyber attacks.
- Ad-hoc training available on request.
- Phishing attack simulations for practice recognizing malicious emails.
Who is eligible to use it?
Current Faculty and Staff, including any Faculty who taught in the previous or are scheduled to teach in the next semester.
Restrictions:
The annual training is required for all faculty and staff.

You can access Knowbe4 at training.knowbe4.com. Enter your JCU email address and then log in with your JCU credentials.
