Overview
DUO multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an additional method of verifying your identity and protecting your information when you log into JCU systems and services. Some systems, including Banner and Canvas, require the use of Duo MFA for access.
Who is eligible to use it?
Faculty, Staff, and Current Students.
