- Computer/Desktop
- Mobile Device/Tablet download the Zoom Workplace App from the App Store or Play Store
- Zoom Account

We will go through the details on how to connect and share your screen using the Wireless Screen Sharing powered by Zoom (affectionately nicknamed Zulley by ITS). The steps will vary just slightly depending on the equipment present in the classroom or conference room.
Conference Room Display
On your Computer or Device
- Open the Zoom Workspace Client
- Navigate to the Home Screen in the top navigation

- Click on Share screen

- A window will pop up asking for a Sharing Key or Meeting ID.
- Now on the
- Enter the Sharing key and click OK
- In the conference room, turn on the TV Display and make sure it is on the correct input source
- In the top right corner of the screen, you will find the Sharing key.
- When done, return to your Zoom Client Home Screen and select Stop Sharing
- This will have replaced the Share screen button from step 3.
Limitations
This new system has a few limitations compared to the old Solstice Pod solution. They are listed below:
- You cannot run a Zoom Meeting at the same time as sharing screen to a display
- You are no longer able to share two different screens at the same time. To allow someone else to share, stop sharing on your system first, then they can proceed through the appropriate steps above.
