How to Control - LSC Conference Room

LSC Conference Room is capable of being run in two (2) different modes: Video & Zoom. Video is meant for in person use only, while Zoom allows for remote participation. Selecting either mode will turn on all equipment in the room.

VIDEO Mode

  • Tapping on Video will initiate the following:
    • The projection screen will drop.
    • The projector will turn on.
    • The 2 rear displays will turn on.
    • It will automatically change the displays to the Lectern PC.
  • If you would like to change sources to the Solstice Pod or the HDMI cable laying on the top of the lectern, simply tap the respective icon on the Touch Panel.

ZOOM Mode

  • Tapping on Zoom will initiate the following:
    • The projection screen will drop.
    • The projector will turn on.
    • The 2 rear displays will turn on.
    • It will change all displays to Zoom.
  • The displays at the back of the room will show the Gallery View when remote participants join.
    • Prior to someone joining the Zoom meeting, this will display the room's camera feed.
  • All microphones (Podium, Handheld, & Lavalier) will be heard by remote participants.
  • Meeting Controls:
    • To join a scheduled meeting type in your meeting ID and password, if necessary.
    • To share content, tap the Share Content button.
      • The source you select will be shared into the meeting.
      • As long as it shows ups on the main display, it is being shared to the remote participants.
    • Tap End when you’re complete.

Audio Controls

  • The slider at the bottom of the touch panel will raise/lower the volume in the room.
  • Tapping the microphone icon will bring up numerous sliders where you can raise/lower the various microphones.

Turning Off the Room

  • Tapping on Room Off  will initiate the following:
    • The projection screen will raise.
    • The projector will turn off.
    • The 2 rear displays will turn off.
