HP Printers

Please follow the steps below on how to send your cartridges back to HP to be reconditioned and reused or recycled.

  1. After replacing your ink cartridge, place the old cartridge back in the white HP box.  Remove the HP Planet Partners booklet from the box and open to find a return address shipping label.
  2. Place the shipping label on the box, covering up any old shipping labels.
  3. Drop at the Mail Center window or with your outgoing mail and the Mail Center will send the old cartridge back to HP.

Xerox & Kyocera Copiers

When you have empty toner cartridges or toner waste bottles from Xerox and Kyocera copiers, please bring them to the Mail Center in AD and place them in the Toner Recycling Box.  Be sure to just place the empty cartridge, boxes and shipping material can be recycled.  The Mail Center boxes and ships all cartridges back to be reconditioned and reused or recycled.
