How to Log In
Using Jamf Connect
- When the system boots up you will see the following login screen.

- Enter your JCU email address
- Click Next
- Enter your JCU Single Sign-on password
- Click Sign In
Using Local Mac OS Account
This method should only be used if the Jamf Connect method is not working or if there is no network connection during the first login.
- In the top right corner of the login screen, click the icon.
- This will display any available local user accounts
- Select your account
- If you don't have a local account listed, select Other
- In the username field, enter your network ID (first part of your email address)
- Enter your JCU Single Sign-on password
- Note: This password could be an older JCU password if your account hasn't synced
- Press Return on your keyboard or click the icon next to the password field
Additional Icons on the Screen
In the top right corner of the screen, you will see the following icons

- Toggles between Jamf Connect & Local user Logins
- Refreshes the Internet connection
- This is helpful when Jamf Connect says it can't find a network connection
- Clicking on this icon will let you choose a different Keyboard / Language
- Clicking on this icon will let you Restart or Shut Down
In the bottom right corner of the screen, you will see the following icon
