Zoom License Type

  • Zoom One for Education Enterprise Premier License:
    • Unlimited VoIP calling - Users can make and receive calls
    • Call forwarding - Users can forward calls to other devices or numbers
    • Voicemail - Users can listen to messages and receive transcriptions
    • Mobile app access - Users can accept calls on their smartphones
    • Desktop app access - Users can make and receive calls through the Zoom desktop client
    • Call blocking and screening - Users can block unwanted calls or set up call screening rules
    • Call transfer and call hold - Users can transfer calls or place them on hold with music or messaging
  • Common Area unlimited:
    • Unlimited VoIP calling - Users can make and receive calls
    • Call forwarding - Users can forward calls to other devices or numbers
