Using a Windows based computer that is owned and managed by John Carroll.
Students using a JCU computer in a lab, will still need to use Mobility Print.
Click on the Start Menu in the bottom left corner of your screen.
On the Search Bar where it says “Search programs and files” type in \\printsrv19
Note: Be sure to use the correct slashes.
A list of printers should appear that should look something like this:
Search for the printer that you want to connect to (in the upper right-hand corner of the new window that popped up, where it says Search for Printers).
Double-click on the selected printer.
The computer will automatically install the proper drivers in order to connect to the printer. If you are prompted for administrative credentials please call the Service Desk for assistance.
The print queue will then pop up when the installation is complete. You can close it and start printing.
