Eduroam is JCU's preferred wi-fi for students, faculty, staff, and sponsored guests. It's fast, secure, and includes free wi-fi at hundreds of universities.

Coming Summer 2024, JCU is migrating from our current phone platform to Zoom Phone. This will move all web conferencing, phone, and instant messaging into one platform.
Training platform utilized to provide information security training to the user community. This training is required annually, but can also be used ad-hoc for particular departments or needs.
Duo authentication is the University's multi-factor security authentication service.
